Margaret J. Bean, of Kingston, a member of the WAVES during World War II, passed away on August 1, 2011. She was 91 years old. Beloved wife of the late Harry F. Bean. Loving mother of David F. Bean and his wife Sarah of OK, and Stephen K. Bean and his wife Margaret T. of Kingston. Daughter of the late Otto and Margorie (McLaren) Anderson. Cherished grandmother of Daniel D. Bean, Amanda Hearn, Bryan A. Bean, and Caitlyn E. Bean. Great grandmother of Christopher Bean, Michael Bean, Matthew Bean, and Jordan Hearn.
Visiting hours will be held on Thursday, August 4th from 10-12:00 AM, with a funeral service set to begin at 12:00 PM at the Shepherd Funeral Home, 216 Main St (Rt. 106) Kingston. Internment will be at the MA National Cemetery in Bourne. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to a charity of ones choice in Margaret's name.
