Obituary of Paul R. Correia

Paul R. Correia,Sr., 80, of Carver, died April 4. Beloved husband of MaryAnn (Lisbon) Correia. Loving father of Paula Silva, Paul Correia, Jr., and Debra Correia. Brother of Mary Oldham, Peter R. Correia, Francis Collins, and the late Lucille Zaragoza, Antone Correia, and Louis Correia. He is also survived by five grandchildren; Marc, Brian, Mari-Anne, Dwayne, Janelle, and three great grandchildren; Dejana, Marcus, and Madison. Mr. Correia began his career as a laborer with Ellis D. Atwood and Edaville Railroad. He was employed as a police officer with the Town of Carver for 32 years, and he was a self-employed electrician. Funeral from the Shepherd Funeral Home, 116 Main St, Carver, on Fri. April 8, at 8:00AM, followed by a funeral Mass at Our Lady of Lourdes Church at 9:00AM. Interment in Plymouth County Cemetery, Plymouth. Visiting hours on Thurs. from 4-8PM. Memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society, 1115 W. Chestnut St., Brockton, MA 02301.
