Obituary of Walter Casey

Walter Casey, of Halifax, died after a brief illness on March 4, 2011. He was 70 years old. Walter was born and educated in Rockland, and was a Halifax resident for over 40 years. Walter is a retired teamster, Local 653, and an antique car enthusiast, especially Fords. Beloved husband of Janice (Russell) Casey, and the late Cynthia Casey. Loving father of John Casey of Carver, Brian Casey of Plymouth, and Danny Casey of Bridgewater. Cherished grandfather of Shawn Casey, Alexandria Casey, and Jesse Casey. He also loved his Labrador Retriever, "Hank". Family and friends are welcome to gather at the Shepherd Funeral Home, 216 Main St (Rt. 106) Kingston on Tuesday, March 8th at 11:00 AM, a graveside service will follow at Central cemetery in Halifax at 12:00 PM.
