to the SHEA family...I am so sorry for the loss of your mother...and now I have learned your dear dad has passed as well! Joe and I became friends 20 years ago when we shared the common interest in the new disability laws and the formation of the Duxbury Municipal Commission on Disabities. I can't imagine our group w/o his knowledge, passion, and energy. I feel lucky to have known him and I finally met your mom several months ago~until then she was the voice between Joe and I when we were talking back and forth about the many issues we before us.
