Ann Tavares, of Kingston, and formerly of Duxbury, died on October 27, 2010. She was 75 years old. Beloved wife of Ronald Tavares. Loving mother of Donna Floeck and her husband Scott of Plymouth, and John Tavares of Kingston. Daughter of the late David and Mary Alice Carver. Sister of David E. Carver Jr. of Hatboro, PA. Cherished grandmother of Ryan and Danielle Floeck. Ann is also survived by her nephew David E. Carver III of Fairless Hills, PA. A graveside service will be held on Monday, November 1st at 11:00 AM at the Mayflower cemetery in Duxbury. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to: Partners HealthCare at Home, 281 Winter Street, Waltham, MA 02451.
