Richard W. Correa, of Kingston, April 26, 2010. He was 82 years old. Richard graduated from Plymouth High School in 1946. He served for 32 years in the U.S. Government, and in the U.S. Army. He was an avid Boston, and Pawtucket Red Sox fan. Beloved husband of Patricia Correa. Loving father of Kathy Lansing of Kingston. Brother of Lillian Phillips of NC, Walter Correa of Plymouth, and the late Joseph B. Correa, Mary Tinti, Antone Correa Jr, Edward Correa, Dorothy Guaraldi, and Helen Hargrove. Cherished grandfather of Julie McGahan and her husband Anthony of Plymouth, Neil Lansing of FL, Ben Lansing of Halifax, Brett Lansing and his wife Rachel of Marion, and Ashley Kressler and her husband William of Braintree. Great grandfather of Rachel and Sara McGahan of Plymouth. Richard is also survived by many nieces and nephews. Visiting hours will be held on Thursday, April 29th from 4-7:00PM at the Shepherd Funeral Home, 216 Main St (Rt. 106) Kingston. A funeral mass will be held on Friday, April 30th at 10:00AM at St. Joseph church in Kingston. Internment will be at St. Joseph cemetery in Kingston. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to:Jordan Hospital Cancer Ctr, 275 Sandwich St, Plymouth, MA 02360, Catholic TV, PO Box 9196, Watertown, MA 02471, and/or Sisters of Divine Providence, Development Office, 363 Bishops Hwy, Kingston, MA 02364-2035.
