Obituary of Harold A. Nahmias

Harold A. Nahmias, of Duxbury, March 19, 2209. He was 93 years old. Survived by his wife of 65 years, Nettie (DeNigris). Father of Albert and wife Susan of Annapolis, MD, Richard and wife Kathy of Newington, CT, and Robert and wife Lynne of Duxbury. Grandfather of seven, and great grandfather of six. He served in the Civil Engineer Corps of the United States Navy, from 1941 – 1945 in the South Pacific, where he rose to the rank of Lieutenant Commander. Mr. Nahmias was a licensed Professional Engineer in New York Stat, and lived most of his adult life on Long Island, NY. In 2001, he relocated to the Village at Duxbury. He was buried in a private ceremony with military honors at the Massachusetts National Cemetery in Bourne, MA.
