Mom,
You were my light, while things were dark. You pushed me when I could not move myself. You brought me so much happiness and filled my life with love. You always had a kind word for everyone and in turn expected nothing. My world will be a little less sweeter without you, but my heart will always be filled with the memories we shared. I could not have been blessed with a kinder, attentive, and strong person for a Mother. You fought a brave battle. Now it is your turn to rest...Keep your hand on my heart as I did on yours the day you left us.
