Obituary of Marjorie E. Wells

Marjorie E. Wells of Pembroke, and formerly of Melrose died on February 17, 2009. She was 85 years old. Marjorie was born, raised, and educated in Melrose. She worked for Transitron Corp. in Melrose for several years before working for Baybank for many years. Marjorie was also a volunteer at the Jordan Hospital in Plymouth. She enjoyed line dancing, traveling, and reading. She was a loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and a friend to many. Loving mother of Kenneth Wells and his wife Alice of NH, David Wells and his wife Barbara of Reading, Lucy Geishecker and her husband Wayne of N. Reading, and Janette Walsh and her husband David of Pembroke. All formerly of Melrose. Cherished grandmother of 9, and great grandmother of 5. Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 21st from 9-10:00AM at the Shepherd Funeral Home, 7 Mattakeesett St. (Rt. 14) Pembroke. A funeral mass will be held at St. Joseph the Worker, 1 Maquan St, Hanson on Saturday at 11:00 AM. Burial will be private.
