Stephanie L. (Monks) Copp, 58 years, of Carver, died suddenly Feb. 14 after a lengthy battle with Carcinoid Cancer. Stephanie graduated from Duxbury High School and she was employed at the High Point Treatment Center in New Bedford. She loved the beach, the outdoors, traveling, and received her greatest enjoyment doing these things with her family. She had a great sense of adventure. Stephanie lives on in the memories of her loving husband of 39 years Warren Copp, her children, Gary Copp and his wife Maureen of Canton, and Michelle (Copp) Nickerson and her husband Derek of Carver. She was the daughter of Eleanor Monks of Pembroke, and the late George Monks. She is also survived by her 5 grandchildren, Steven, Jenna, Meaghan, Haley, and Emily, her sister Charlyne Hill of Pembroke, 2 brothers, George Monks of Middleboro, Steven Monks of Hanover, and many nieces, nephews, and friends. Visiting hours from the Shepherd Funeral Home, 116 Main St. Rt. 58, Carver, on Wed. Feb. 18 from 4-8PM. Funeral on Thurs. Feb. 19 at the United Parish of Carver at 11:00AM.
