The world has lost an amazing woman but I know Helen will continue her work as a guardian angel to many. Helen gave so much of herself and shared her family, morals, love, guidance, family values and good cooking with so many who would otherwise not had the opportunity. I give thanks everyday for the woman who loved my son like a mother and who believed in him. Helen you are loved and I will miss you forever. Joe and Joey, I hold you close in my heart and prayers at your devastating loss. She loved you both so very much. God Bless.

Dear Joe and Joey,
We were so saddened to hear of Helen's passing. She certainly had her share of pain and suffering on this earth and I know she is now healthy and at peace in her new home. She loved you both so dearly and although life will never be the same you have to carry on for her. I know my sweet, gentle Mom is giving her a big hug now and welcoming her to Heaven. Know that you are in our thoughts and prayers and please let us know if there is anything we can do. Stop by to see us some time when you feel up to it. Peter has retired now so he's around more.
With our heartfelt sympathy,
Donna and Peter Nelson

The world has lost an amazing woman. Helen was so very giving and filled with love. Heaven has gained a guardian angel and I know she will continue from above. Helen was so generous with her family and her love and touched so many lives. She made such a difference in my life and my son's. She treated him like a son and never stopped believing in him. I was so fortunate to have her home chosen for my son where he was loved and encouraged and fed really well. Helen was blessed with a gift of love and humor. She will be forever missed by me. Joe and Joey - you were the center of her universe and she was so proud of you. God Bless you both. Thank you for sharing her with so many.
Much Love,
Nancy

My deepest condolences to Helen's family. I live 2 houses over from her house and she never missed an opportunity to say hello. She was always a friendly face in the neighborhood and would certainly wave to passersby as she sat on her deck. She will surely be missed in the neighborhood. May she rest in peace as she now joins those that have passed before her, to include her beloved cats Odie, Sammy and especially Garfield.
Sincerely,
Debbie & Tammy
