Arlene C. Bennett of Kingston formally of Halifax and Woburn died Thursday at the Wingate Nursing Facility in Kingston at the age of 92. She was the wife of the late Richard Bennett. Mother of 2 Daughters Janice Thern of Wading River LI, N.Y and Gail Bennett of Brunswick, ME. She is also survived by 5 Grandchildren and 1 Great Grandchild. Arlene was born on Boston and lived many years in Woburn, MA where she raised her two daughters. In retirement she and he husband, Richard moved to Halifax and Kingston. Together they enjoyed an active retirement golfing and traveling. A Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday Sept 16, 2008 at the Shepherd Funeral Home 216 Main St (RT106) Kingston at 11am. Burial will be in Central Cemetery in Halifax. Donations can be made to the Cranberry Hospice 36 Cordage Park Circle, suite 326 Plymouth MA 02360.
