Obituary of JoAnn Mei

JoAnn Mei of Kingston died on Aug 27,2008 at home in Kingston at the age of 52. She was the mother of Melissa Bateman and her husband John of Kingston and Michelle Bray and her husband Michael of Wareham. Sister of Anthony, Robert, Donald, David Mei and Sharon Bessette. Grandmother of Jacob and Patrick Bateman, Alyssa Bray, and the late Nicole Bateman. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews. JoAnn was born in Gardner MA and has lived in Kingston for over 30 years. She worked at the Kingston Town Hall for 10 years and the Radisson Hotel in Rockland. JoAnn enjoyed camping, biking, walk’s on the Plymouth water front but most of all spending time with her grandchildren and family. Calling Hours will be held on Friday Aug 29,2008 from 4-8pm at the Shepherd Funeral Home 216 Main St (RT 106) Kingston. Family and Friends are welcome to gather at the funeral home on Sat Aug 30, 2008 at 8am followed by a mass at St. Joseph’s Church in Kingston at 9am. All other services will be private.
