Obituary of Alfred M. Kasianowicz

Alfred M. Kasianowicz of Pembroke died on June 7,2008 at the Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston at the age of 74. He was the husband of 51 years Barbara (Long) Kasianowicz of Pembroke. Devoted father of Robert Kasianowicz and his wife Sharron of Middleboro, Paul Kasianowicz of Kingston, John Kasianowicz and his wife Mary of Scituate and Debra Tobin and her husband Charles of Middleboro. Brother of Elenor Ward and her husband Frank of S. Boston and the late Michael,Edmond, John,Henry and Ted. He is also survived by 11 loving grandchildren Kristin, Courtney, Jennifer, Shaun, Kyle, Lauren, Kerrin, Jake, Krista, Kacie and Kaylee. Alfred was born in Boston to the late John and Stella Kasianoeicz. He retired from Duracell Co. in Aug. 1998, in Research and Development. He was a Korean War Vet. in the Army. He enjoyed Pembroke sports with his children and grandchildren. Calling Hours will be held on Wed. June 11,2008 from 4-8pm at the Shepherd Funeral Home 7 Mattakeesett St. (Rt 14 Pembroke Center). Family and Friends are welcome to gather at the funeral home on Thur. June 12,2008 at 9am followed by a mass at St Thelca’s Church in Pembroke at 10am. Burial will be in Center Cemetery in Pembroke.
