Obituary of Elsie H. Gardner

Elsie H. Gardner of Carver died on May 28, 2008. She was 80 years old. Mrs. Gardner enjoyed gardening, traveling, and loved horses. She is the beloved Wife of Larry Gardner of Carver. Loving Mother of Thomas F. Gardner of Halifax, and Robert A. and his Wife Janet Gardner of Kingston. Daughter of the late Paul and Elsie White. Sister of Pauline Collins of Swampscott, Richard White of Hull, Steve and Maureen White of E. Weymouth, and the late Judy Stewart of Plymouth, Dorothy O'Connell of Manchester, NH, and Harry White of Boston. Cherished Grandmother of Christa Pierce of Wareham, Eric Gardner of Randolph, and Scott Gardner of Kingston. Great Grandmother of Briana Pierce. Visiting hours will be held on Sunday, June 1st from 4 - 7:00 PM at the Shepherd Funeral Home, 116 Main St. (Rt. 58) Carver. A Graveside service will be held at the Blue Hills Cemetery in Braintree on Monday, June 2nd at 12:00PM. Family and friends are welcome to gather at the funeral home at 10:00 AM prior to the graveside service.
