Obituary of Martin E. Cahill

Martin E. Cahill of Halifax formerly of Pembroke passed away Mon. May 5, 2008. He was the son of the late Michael F. and Frances L. (Hill) Cahill. Brother of Michele Lane and her husband Robert of N. Scituate, Michael Cahill and his wife Kathleen of FL, Maureen Pulkkinen and her husband Raymond of OH, Mark Cahill and his wife Dawn of Pembroke, Matthew Cahill and his wife Lori of Pembroke, Mitchell Cahill and his wife Dawn of Pembroke and many nieces & nephews. Born in Brockton, Marty was a graduate of Silver Lake High School. A self employed contractor, Marty was a former member of and recently an avid supporter of The Pembroke Imperials Drum and Bugle Corps. His other interests included sports, fishing, hunting, and NASCAR. Memorial calling hours will be held on Sat. May 10, 2008 from 5-8 PM at Shepherd Funeral Home 7 Mattakeesett St. (Rte 14) Pembroke Center with a Memorial Service to follow at 8pm at the funeral home.
