Raymond B. Oothout ,Esq., of Kingston died March 11 at the Jordan Hospital. He was 82. Born in New Bedford, he was the son of William V. and Selena (Levick) Oothout. He is survived by his wife Patricia ( Rankin) Oothout , his siblings, Miriam S.Gurney of E. Freetown, Ruth Ann Azerdo of Oklahoma, William V. Oothout of Kansas, and 12 nieces and nephews. A Memorial Service will be held on Sun. March 16 at the Shepherd Funeral Home, 216 Main St., Kingston at 2:00PM
