Joyce Ladd Foley, gracious homemaker, artist, and animal lover, died Feb. 12 at Caritas Norwood Hospital. Born on Jan. 27, 1918 in Barre, Vermont, she was the daughter of the late Homer C. and Margaret (Clark) Ladd. She was the loving wife of the late William L. Foley. She is survived by her daughter; Ann Foley Hoban of Holbrook, her two granddaughters; Lindsay Hoban and Maggie Hoban, both of Duxbury, and her niece Lorna Grady of Compton, NH.A Memorial Service will be held on Sun.
