Obituary of Scott Roberts

Scott C. Roberts Sr “Big Scott” of Carver died on Dec 20, 2007 at St Luke’s Hospital in New Bedford at the age of 48. He was the Father of Scott C Roberts Jr. of Carver and Rebecca (Roberts) Hathaway and her husband Joshua of Carver. Son of Charlotte Roberts of Wareham and the late Charles H. Roberts Jr. Brother of Lori Morse of Wareham and Missy Eason of NC. He is pre-deceased by his children’s mother Brenda Barengo. He is also survived by many Aunt’s, Uncles, Nieces, Nephews and Cousins. Scott was born in Middleboro and raised in Wareham. He was a 1977 graduated of Upper Cape Regional High School and worked for the Town of Wareham as a Heavy Equipment Operator. Scott was a Carver resident for 24 years and was a member of the Carver Sportsman’s Club. He enjoyed the outdoors, motorcycles and keeping his truck clean. After Scott suffered injuries in a motorcycle accident in 2002 he became an advocate for the handicap rights and was chair person for Carver Handicap. Calling Hours will be held on Wed. Dec. 26, 2007 from 2-4 & 7-9pm at the Shepherd Funeral Home 116 Main St (Rt58) Carver MA.
