Obituary of Eleanor Reynolds

Eleanor Alice (Puopolo) Reynolds, 95, of Plymouth, departed our company on December 1. She was the daughter of Felix and Johanna (Frano) Puopolo of Avon. Eleanor was the 9th of 12 children, born in Avon and a graduate of Avon High School. She was the wife of the late Laurist Wadsworth Reynolds. Eleanor was involved in many local Plymouth organizations including Catholic Charities and the Mayflower Society Museum. She was an avid bowler until the age of 90. Her spirit is carried forward by a daughter, Carolyn Doyle and son-in-law, John Edward Doyle of Plympton; granddaughters Laurie Doyle of Middleboro and Courtney Doyle Salvaggi of Kingston; great granddaughter , Kira Reynolds Pyne of Middleboro and many nieces and nephews. A private burial is planned and a memorial service will be held at a later date. Donations in her memory may be made to your favorite charity.
