Lloyd “Bud” B. Frisbie Jr. – Born Oct. 6, 1924, son of the late Lloyd B. Frisbie and Marion Flavell. Husband of the late Carolyn Donahue. Know to his friends and family as “Bud”. He was a life long resident of Marshfield. Upon finishing schooling, he joined the United States Marines, Fourth Marine Division, Company B WWII. Bud was honored with the Bronze Star – Tinian and the Purple Heart – Iwo Jima. Being a plumber by trade, he owned and operated Frisbie and Sons Plumbing. He was a member of the Marshfield Police Dept. and an on call member of the Marshfield Fire Dept for many years. As a mason he was a member of the Corner Stone Lodge in Duxbury. He enjoyed the outdoors and for many years you would find him tending to his animals on Stack Hill Farm, his life long home. Survived by his brother, Carlton Frisbie of Bryantville and the late Richard Frisbie of Marshfield. His 3 children, Lloyd B. Frisbie III (Mike) and his wife Karen of Marshfield, Deborah Becker of Egg Harbor Township, NJ and her husband John, Seth Frisbie of Calais, VT and his wife Erika Mitchell. Several Grandchildren and great grandchildren, nieces’ nephews and family members. He will be sadly missed by all. Per wishes the arrangements will be private for immediate family only.
