Eric M McDonnell, 36, of Carver & Michigan lost his long hard fight with addiction on Saturday, August 19 2017. He was born in Weymouth on May 3, 1981. He graduated from Carver H.S. in 1999. He roofed state to state. His loved his family, girlfriend Bryttany, football, and helping others fight their addiction, but unfortunately could not win his own battle. He lit up the room wherever he was and will be greatly missed. He is survived by his parents Joseph & Diane of Carver, MA, his brother Kevin of Salem, MA, his brother Robert and sister-in-law Shannon of Halifax, MA., his Grandmother Florence Russo of The Villages, FL and his late Grandfather Leonard Russo, his Grandmother Barbara Codero of Weymouth, MA and his late Grandfather Edward Codero. He is also survived by his girlfriend Bryttany Eva Yockey of Michigan, and by his niece Haley and nephews Ryan and Tyler, all whom he adored and his best friend Valerie Cogswell who was always there for him. He also had many Aunts and Uncles and many friends across the country and Canada whom he was very loyal to. Visiting hours will be held at the Shepherd Funeral Home, 216 Main St. (rt. 106) Kingston, on Friday, August 25th, from 4:00 – 8:00 PM . Funeral services will be held with family and close friends at 11:00 AM on Saturday at the Shepherd Funeral Home.
