So sorry to hear about our good friend, Sal. He, indeed, was one of a kind. I will miss the many times he made me surprise visits where I worked bringing along a bag of his meatballs and sauce. If you were on the recieving end of that, you WERE somebody! Then, of coarse, he would tell you how to make the sauce "the right way." One of the finest inspectors ever. If you did something wrong, Sal would hold class until you understood what you did wrong. He was fair with everyone. A big heart, a great sense of humor, and a great teacher. God be with you my friend! Until we meet again
