Obituary of Phyllis B. Norris

Phyllis B. (Proctor) Norris, of Middleboro, died February 8, 2017 at the Golden Living Center in Middleboro. She was the daughter of the late Kenneth Proctor and Gertrude Basler Proctor Souza. Phyllis was a single mother who raised her three children Kenneth Norris and his wife Julie of Middleboro, Linda Howes of Middleboro, and Anthony Norris of Fairhaven. She was grandmother to Kelsey Norris of Middleboro and Matthew Howes of Philadelphia, and sister of the late Marlene Donahue. She also leaves many friends and staff at the Golden Living Center. St. Mary's Church and cemetery services for Monday, February 13, have been cancelled due to incoming bad weather. The calling hours have been changed from Monday morning to Monday afternoon from 12:00 to 2:00PM
