My deepest condolences to the Arieta family, Dick was a great teacher, coach and family man. Coach found a way to bring out the best in and challenge everyone he coached. He pushes us all to do our best, he touched so many lives in a positive way his memory will live on in each of us.

Dick was my coach in the late 70's and always struck the proper tone between discipline and caring. I am very thankful for all the guidance, time and effort that he put into my life. To this day, I still see him making faces while he coached us and modeled my years of coaching after him.

We were saddened to hear of Richard's passing. While I have known Rich for only two years it has been a wonderful relationship and it is obvious that Dick was a great father to him.
Our thoughts and prayers are with the Arieta Family.
