I'm so sorry for your loss. Your family were neighbors on High St., but Jerry was truly like a brother to me for so many years. I can hardly believe that he's gone--and he's left us at such a tragically young age. I'm doubly sorry that I was not able to join your family in person in mourning today, but I've been thinking about Jerry all week--and thinking about you all. My love and my best wishes to the entire Durant family and extended family for the upcoming year. The world has lost an authentic, kind, funny, and smart man.
