Obituary of Jessica L. Johnson-Ormiston

Jessica Leigh Johnson-Ormiston, 38, passed away unexpectedly on December 25, 2016. Jessica was born on May 6, 1978 in Plymouth, MA. She grew up in Duxbury, a place she had always called home. She graduated from Duxbury High School in 1996 and went on to have careers in Retail Management and Office Administration. Jessica always brought sunshine and happiness to those that surrounded her. Her laughter will remain within us all. She was preceded in death by her father, Michael Johnson and her grandmother, Pollyanne Samuelson. She leaves behind her mother, Lana Johnson, step-father Charles Guilford, sister Elissa Johnson, and brother Patrick Johnson of Pembroke. As well as her sister Ashley (Johnson) Croyle of Florida, grandmother Susan Johnson, grandfather Richard Samuelson along with many aunts, uncles, cousins and countless friends. Visiting hours will be held January 5, 2017 from 4-8:00 pm at Shepherd Funeral Home 7 Mattakeesett St. (rt. 14), Pembroke. A funeral service will be held January 6, 2017 at 11:00 am at The First Parish Church, 842 Tremont St., Duxbury.
