Judith M. Sampson, 79, of Pembroke, passed away on November 12, 2016. Wife of the late Robert J. Sampson. Loving mother of Edward and Cindy Sampson of Kingston, Karen and Richard Squires of Hanson, Judi Sampson of Acushnet, James Sampson of Taunton, and the late Robert J. Sampson, Jr. Sister of Virginia Dunleavy of Pembroke. Cherished grandmother of 10, and great grandmother of 6.
Judith was educated in Boston schools, and is a graduate of Dorchester High. She worked for Child World in Hanover, and later Boston Baby. She enjoyed spending time with her family and traveling.
Visiting hours will be held on Wednesday, November 16th from 4-8:00 PM at the Shepherd Funeral Home, 7 Mattakeesett St (Rt. 14) Pembroke. A funeral mass will be held on Thursday, November 17th at 10:00 AM at St. Theclas Church, 145 Washington St, Pembroke. Graveside services will follow at Center cemetery in Pembroke. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to: St. Jude Childrens Research Hospital at www.stjude.org.
