Dear Carol,
I am so sorry to hear of your husband passing. I remember your husband as a very kind thoughtful man. We played many golf tournaments with you and Gordon and had lots of fun. I am sure there are many more good memories you both shared.
God Bless you and have faith in God he will give you peace and comfort.
Love Friend, Elaine Lopes

Let the silence unwritten here on this site, mean that there is way too much to tell about this man and in our inconsolable grief. There are no words to retell and recapture even the slightest experience of the history of his life and the immense reason of the great loss of him. He was the best man, son, brother, best father, grandfather, best friend, best aquaintence, best even to pass by in the street. The light has gone out of this world with the loss of Gordon K. Lloyd. But, the heavens have a new Arch Angel watching over all those he loved. He's getting the party table set up with Thistle, Howard (his parents-who made the best holiday gatherings and were the glue to everyone) and their family and friends up there, to welcome all good and innocent home soon enough. Until, then,...there is no light left in this world. May the lies told to him, be revealed to him, now. So, he can know the truth.

The mourning never ends...it just becomes part of us. Please take good care of the part of our hearts you took with you, as we take care of what spirit of your soul, lessons, long lectures that made us kids roll our eyes, and playing guitar/singing songs to us, dancing like a pro, better than the pros and making us smile. Being so strong, you'd never hurt anyone because you knew you could...and having the highest honor and control to not. I knew the world would never be good without you here.

I will never forget how you made us laugh. For example, How everyone of your girls moved out to live their lives and grow and THEN put in a built in pool for your favorite one, Kielibus...the favorite because he was the only male support for you in a house full of girls...A Puppy!!!! LOL! I miss you.
I miss you, we miss you and I wish you never met Wayne or Barnett thru her.
