Obituary of Kathleen A. Lucas

Kathleen A. Lucas (Pillsbury-Zaniboni) 66, of Carver, passed away after a long illness in her own home surrounded by her family on September 30th. She grew up in Plympton, graduated from Silver Lake Regional High School and LaBaron Hairdressing Academy. Kathy was always surrounded by her great love, her animals. She enjoyed being with family and friends and helped others in many ways. She was the wife of the late Joseph Lucas and late Edward Zaniboni. Kathy was a devoted daughter to her parents Carl and Winifred Pillsbury of Carver. She was a loving mother of Carl Zaniboni and wife Carly, grandchildren Capri, Cali & Crew. Kathy leaves behind her three best friends, her sisters, Carleen Richardson and husband Frank of Florida, Deborah Whiting and husband David of Plympton, and Sandra Pillsbury of Florida and many nieces and nephews. Kathy would want us to remember the happiness in her life and not focus on the sadness of her passing. A private graveside service will be held on Saturday, October 8th at the Hillcrest Cemetery in Plympton. In lieu of flowers, please donate to any animal organization of your choice.
