Obituary of Michael V. Bitto

Michael V. Bitto, Jr., age 22, of Mulberry, FL, formerly of Carver, died suddenly by accident in Florida, on Saturday, March 5, 2016. Born in South Weymouth, he was the son of JoAnna M. (Burk) Bitto of Carver & the late Michael V. Bitto, Sr. Mike grew up in Carver and graduated from Carver High School, Class of 2012. He was employed with the Top Tier Site Development, working in Florida. Mike was an avid hockey player and enjoyed riding his motorcycle. Mike was the beloved son of JoAnna Bitto of Carver; loving brother of Austin Putney of Carver, Elizabeth Bitto of Florida, Steven Putney of Wareham, Sasha Putney of Fall River, Sarah Putney of Wareham and Scott Putney of Carver; devoted grandson of Domenic & Manuela Bitto of Rhode Island. He is also survived by many dear aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends. Visiting hours at the Shepherd Funeral Home, 116 Main Street, (Route 58), Carver, on Monday, March 14, 2016, from 4:00-7:30 PM, followed by a prayer service starting at 7:30 PM. Interment services will be private. In lieu of flowers, contributions in Michael's memory may be made to a charity of your choice.
