Michael T. Sullivan, Jr., age 32, of Carver, died on Saturday, January 9, 2016.
He was the beloved husband of Heather (Landers) Sullivan of Plymouth; loving father of Angelina and Amaya Sullivan both of Plymouth; loving son of Marie Sullivan of Carver and Michael Sullivan, Sr. of Somerset; loving brother of Wayne Glaneuski, Jr. of Carver and DeAnna Halunen of Carver.
Visiting hours at the Shepherd Funeral Home, 116 Main Street, (Route 58), Carver, on Friday, January 15, 2016, from 2:00-4:00 PM.
Funeral and interment services will be private.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Michael's memory may be made to the ALS Association, www.als-ma.org
