Obituary of John Wozniak

John Wozniak Jr., age 75, of DeBary, FL, formerly of Duxbury, fell asleep in the Lord on Monday, November 23, 2015, in his home with his devoted wife of 57 years, Anna J. Haddad Wozniak, by his side. John was born in Taylor, PA, on September 24, 1940, the son of the late John and Kathryn (Yurchak) Wozniak. A longtime employee of Stop & Shop, John retired as Senior Vice President of Operations after 39 years of service. He was the beloved father of Kathryn Williams & her husband Paul, Alexandra LaFerte & her husband Steve, John Wozniak III & his wife Kristin and Michael Wozniak & his wife Tracey. He also leaves a brother, Joseph Wozniak; 13 cherished grandchildren, four loving great-grandchildren, and several nieces, nephews and many cousins. Friends may greet the family during visiting hours at the Shepherd Funeral Home, 216 Main Street, (Route 106), Kingston, on Tuesday, December 1, 2015, from 4:00-8:00 PM. Funeral services will be held at Saint Mark of Ephesus Orthodox Church, 261 Main Street, (Route 106), Kingston, on Wednesday, December 2, 2015, at 10:00 AM. Interment will follow at the Evergreen Cemetery, Green Street, Kingston. At the request of his family, memorial contributions in lieu of flowers may be made to Saint Mark of Ephesus Orthodox Church, 261 Main Street, Kingston, MA 02364.
