Jane Alice (Boyle) Ohrenberger, age 84, of Plymouth, formerly of Carver, passed away peacefully on Friday, August 14, 2015, surrounded by family, at the Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Plymouth. Jane was born in Weymouth, growing up and attending school there. She lived in Whitman, Rochester and Carver prior to moving to Plymouth several months ago. After devoting her early years to raising her family, she and her husband, travelled extensively throughout the United States, Europe and Australia, eventually settling in Carver and spending winter months in Florida. Jane was the beloved wife of the late Arthur Francis Ohrenberger, Jr.; devoted mother of seven children, Stephen, Sally, Mark, Michael, Catherine, John and Timothy; loving grandmother of 21 grandchildren, Jason, Megan, Elise, Emily, Claire, Liam, Justin, Jane, John, Jesse, Meryl, Michael, Shauna, Kaitlyn, Danielle, Max, Ella, Jacob, Benjamin, Erin and Matthew and great-grandmother of 11 great-grandchildren, Clara, David, Heidi, Ava, Nora, Julia, Mason, Ryan, Devlin, Abigail and Alice; dear sister of her brother, Frank and she was predeceased by her sister, Joyce. There will be no visiting hours. Jane's life will be celebrated with a funeral Mass at Saint Kateri's Church, 126 South Meadow Road, South Plymouth, on Tuesday, August 25, 2015, at 9:30 AM. Private interment services will take place at the Massachusetts National Cemetery in Bourne, where she will be interred with her husband. In lieu of flowers, her family requests donations in Jane's memory may be made to the Golden Living Center of Plymouth, "Resident Activities" Fund, 19 Obery Street, Plymouth, MA 02360.
