Obituary of Barbara A. Molloy

Barbara A. (Stamm) Molloy passed away peacefully at home on Friday, June 5, 2015 at the age of 82. Barbara was the wife of Robert F. Molloy for 54 years until his death in 2006. She is survived by her daughter Lisa A. (Molloy) Stoddart and her husband Mark of Pembroke, sons William Molloy of Holbrook and Robert S. Molloy and his wife Kathi of Saugus, grandchildren Sydney and Justin Stoddart of Pembroke and April (Molloy) Parker of Taunton. Barbara was a secretary prior to getting married, having children and being a devoted Mother. When she returned to work she was a customer service representative at Sears in Norwell where she made many friends until she retired in 1997. Barbara was a wonderful cook and an amazing baker and her neighbors and friends looked forward to the Christmas cookie platter she gave them each year. She was also an avid quilter and thoroughly enjoyed her friends and being a part of the Pembroke Bees Quilting Group for many years. A memorial service will be held Tuesday June 9, from 6:00 to 8:00PM at the Shepherd Funeral Home, 7 Mattakeesett St, in Pembroke.
