Kathryn Ann Lehman, of Duxbury, died on Monday, March 30, 2015, at Wingate at Silver Lake in Kingston, after a long illness. She was 92.
Born in New York City, NY, she was the daughter of the late Catherine and Samuel Dever. Mrs. Lehman was raised in New Jersey and graduated from Leonia High School, Leonia NJ.
Mrs. Lehman worked at Prentice Hall Publishing Company in Englewood Cliffs, NJ, for 38 years. She was the Executive Secretary to the president there before her retirement in 1992.
She was the beloved wife of the late Edward J. Lehman and sister of the late Dorothy Surdez. She leaves her son, Roger E. Lehman and his wife Barbara of Duxbury and a nephew, Richard Surdez and his wife Maureen of Frederick, MD. She also leaves three grandchildren, Michael Lehman and his wife Tara, Kimberly Meredith, Matthew Lehman and his wife Tracy, and five great-grandchildren, Brendan Meredith, Brooke Meredith, Shaelynn Lehman, Henry Lehman and Jake Lehman.
Mrs. Lehman will be sadly missed by her family and the many friends who loved her.
A memorial Mass celebrating her life will be held at the Holy Family Church in Our Lady's Chapel, 601 Tremont Street, Duxbury, on Wednesday, April 22, 2015 at 8:15 AM.
Interment services will be private.
