Obituary of Nicholas E. Confar

Nicholas Earl Confar, 25, beloved son of Judith and Earl “Kelly” Confar, died unexpectedly on March 31, 2015. Nicko was a very much loved brother to Richard, Daniel J., Darren, Danny A., Michael, Jason, Darcie, Daphne, and Deirdre. A fun-loving adventurous Uncle to Nicholas, Macayla, Evan, Nevaeh, Abigail, Natalie, Kaylee, Frederick, and Benjamin. Nicholas worked as a skilled tradesman and was a lifelong resident of Carver. Nick enjoyed weightlifting and off-road motorsports. Mechanically talented, he had an amazing ability to bring old trucks back to life in order to drive them into the ground again in deep off road mud, that occasionally required heavy equipment to pull them out. Nick will always be remembered for his ready smile, and willingness to help his friends, and family. Loved by many, he will be missed always. Visiting hours will be held from 5-8:00 p.m. on Tuesday April 7th at the Shepherd Funeral Home, 216 Main St, (rt. 106) Kingston. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, April 8th at 11:00 a.m. with a graveside service following at Union Cemetery, S. Main St. Carver.
