Joseph E. Lanoue, 86, of Kingston, passed away on March 22, 2015. He was the loving husband of Sally Lanoue. Joseph is survived by his children, Ronald S. Lanoue and his wife Beth, Cj. Lanoue, Alan D. Lanoue and his wife Jean and the late Edward J. Lanoue and his wife Jennifer. He is also survived by his step children Charles Steckel, Laura Arnold, Wendy S. Tabor and her husband Ken. He was the Loving brother to the late Lorraine Koons. Joseph was the devoted grandfather to Adam Lanoue, Marcelline Lanoue, Shane Lanoue and his wife Miranda, Justin Lanoue, Courtney Lanoue, Kimberly Arnold, Sara Arnold, Jaime Thomas and her husband Daniel, Jennifer Malone and Tristan Gamble. He was also the great grandfather to four great grandchildren. Joseph was a loving uncle to Pamela (Koons) Wirta. Joseph graduated from Brockton High School in 1946. He entered the Army in 1946 and received his airborne wings. Joseph was the owner and operator of Kingston Trailers Inc. for over 55 years. He was an avid horseman and showed Appaloosas professionally with his son Edward Lanoue in the 60,s and 70,s in the New England area. He was an esteemed member of The Pacesetters Auto Club, where he enjoyed his collection of antique cars. Joe was highly respected by the members for his restorational knowledge of antique cars.
