Obituary of Cynthia F. Rosen

Cynthia F. Rosen, age 82, of Plymouth, MA, passed restfully at her home on Sunday, February 15, 2015. Beloved wife of 57 years of the late Robert Rosen; loving mother of Jeffrey A. Rosen and his wife Kathleen of McLean, VA, Andrew M. Rosen and his wife Christine of Plymouth, MA, Elisabeth J. Mansulla and her husband Richard of Brockton, MA, and of the late Martin J. Rosen; Grandmother of Anne, Sally and James Rosen; Sister of Steven Frager of Framingham, MA and Edward Frager of Gorham, ME. Cynthia was born in Boston, MA and raised in Portland, ME, where she lived with her parents, Hyman and Irene Frager. As a young woman, she moved to NYC, and then Boston, MA, where she met her husband, Robert. They lived in Brockton, MA for 30 years, raising their four children (and her two cats). Cynthia worked many years in the women’s apparel business. In 1989, Cynthia and Robert relocated to Florida, spending 21 years in the Hallandale area, where they retired. After Robert’s passing in June 2010, Cynthia relocated to Plymouth, MA, to be near two of her children. In her final years, Cynthia dealt with Alzheimer's, but she enjoyed having frequent visitors from all of her family and was deeply loved by them. Interment services will be held privately.
