Obituary of Eleanor H. Dee

Eleanor H. (Mace) Dee, age 91, of Carver, died on Wednesday, October 29, 2014, at the Wingate at Silver Lake in Kingston. Born in Somerville, she was the daughter of the late Walter & Mary (Hart) Mace. Eleanor loved playing boggle, watching golf and playing the organ. For many years, she loved spending time with her friends at South Meadow Village in Carver. Eleanor was the beloved wife of the late Paul J. Dee, and now she is reunited with the love of her life, Paul, for eternity. She was the loving mother of Susan McMahon & her husband Joseph of Summerfield, FL, Paul Dee & his wife Jane of Wakefield, Gregory Dee & his wife Carol of Pembroke and Colleen Dee of Halifax; devoted grandmother of Brian, Brendan, Erin, Caitlin, Timothy and Maura; great-grandmother of eight and dear sister of the late Suzanne Leavis, Walter Mace, Nancy Morrison, Mary Clauss and Sr. Rose Paula, SND. Visiting hours at the Shepherd Funeral Home, 116 Main Street, (Route 58), Carver, on Friday, October 31, 2014, from 4:00-7:00 PM. Funeral services at the Shepherd Funeral Home, Carver, on Saturday, November 1, 2014, at 10:00 AM, followed by her funeral Mass at Our Lady of Lourdes Church, 130 Main Street, (Route 58), Carver, at 11:00 AM.
