Obituary of Barbara A. Atwood

Barbara A. Atwood, 77, of Kingston passed away peacefully on August 9, 2014. Born in Brockton, she is the daughter of the late John and Florence (Betts) Titus. She was beloved wife of the late Carl G. Atwood; loving mother of the late Robert, Freeman (Skip), and John; cherished grandmother to Thomas Atwood of New Hampshire and great grandmother to Blake, Dylan, and Jenna; dear sister to Cheryl Peterson of Kingston and the late Beverly Robare and Robert Titus. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews. Barbara was a warm, friendly, loving, and generous friend. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. A celebration of her life will be held at the Kingston Baptist Church, 211 Main Street (Rt. 106) Kingston on August 23, at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow at the Evergreen Cemetery.
