Carol A. Layton Vinton, of Kingston, passed away on June 24, 2014. She was 73 years old. Beloved wife of 30 years to Barry Vinton. Loving mother of David Vartabedian and his wife Maaike of Amsterdam, Holland, and Karen Vartabedian McGinn of Kingston. Step mother to Robin Vinton McDonnell and her husband Thomas of Plymouth, and Erin Vinton Horsington and her husband Todd of Plymouth. Sister of Audrey Covert, and her husband James of Dover, NH. Cherished grandmother of 11 and great grandmother of 2. Carol is also survived by two nephews and one niece, and her beloved black lab, "Beaugeste".
Visiting hours will be held on Friday, June 27th from 5:00 - 8:00 PM, with a prayer service set to begin at 7:00 PM at the Shepherd Funeral Home, 216 Main St (rt. 106) Kingston. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to: Paws New England at www.pawsnewengland.com.
