Obituary of Bradford T. Gill

Bradford Thomas Gill 52 passed away peacefully June 10 2014. He is survived by his wife Sheila Marino Gill and his wonderful children Alexandra Gill 19 and Nick Gill 16, all of Plymouth. He is also survived by his mother Emily Gill and the late Paul Gill of Hull. He leaves behind his brothers and sisters. Diane and Joel Brebbia, Janet and Alex Montezuma, Karen and Chico Walker, Mike and Donna Gill, Cindy and George MacCleave, Chris and Julie Gill, Stephen Gill and (late) PJ Gill and numerous cousins, nieces and nephews from all over. Brad went to high school in Hull, MA and later graduated from Colgate U in 1984 with a BA in Economics where he was an award winning Athlete for the Red Raider football team as a center helping the team to numerous ECAC titles. He continued his football career for a period with the NY Jets. His career was just as successful as a Sales Professional with various companies earning him National and Global Sales awards year after year. He was one of the funniest guys you would ever meet with a sharp mind and quick wit. He loved his family, traveling, the ocean, laughing, telling jokes and competitive sports. He lived in Plymouth for over 20 years where he raised his greatest accomplishment, his children. Lexi is a sophomore at Syracuse and Nick is a junior at BC High.
Visiting hours will be held on Monday, June 16th from 4-8:00 PM at the Shepherd Funeral Home, 216 Main St (Rt. 106) Kingston. A funeral mass will be held on Tuesday, June 17th at 10:00 AM at St. Kateri Church 126 S. Meadow Rd, Plymouth. Interment will be at the a Vine Hills cemetery, Plymouth. All are welcome to attend.
The Gill family would like to offer a scholarship to a young man at BC High who reflects a love for sports, and academics in honor of Brad. Memorial contributions may be made to the Bradford T.
