Obituary of Daniel A. Havey

Daniel A. Havey, of Carver, passed away quietly, with his family by his side, on January 5, 2014. He was 64 years old. Beloved husband of 45 years to Marsha Havey. Loving father of Christine and her husband Kurt Dietlin of Plymouth, and Heather Sanson of Carver. Brother of Nancy Hickey of Whitman, Edward and his wife Deborah Havey of Plymouth, and Katheryn Hadley of Plymouth. Brother in law to James Hadley of Plymouth. Cherished grandfather of Lacey, Jacob, and Emma. Daniel is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, as well as his close friends. Mr. Havey worked for 37 years in construction for Verizon. He coached many teams for his children, and loved traveling, riding motorcycles, and spending time with his family. Memorial visiting hours will be held on Friday, January 10th from 4-8:00 PM at the Shepherd Funeral Home, 116 Main St (Rt. 58) Carver. Interment will be private.
