I didn't find out till 9/2/2013. Im so sorry to hear him pass away. I am so distraught and torn up inside. John was a sweetheart, I miss his wonderful smile, and infectious smile. In the few months I had gotten to know him, I became immensely close to him. I want everyone to know that John was a special person in a chapter in my life that I will forever cherish, and the flicker of his presence will never be snuffed out and I vow to never to let it happen. I knew of his struggles but it didn't matter to me, because he was genuine and sincere. I wanted to bring some happiness to his life and I hope and pray he will remember that I love him terribly and my heart aches for him. I am so terribly pained that I didn't have the chance to say goodbye. Please remember that I love you John, I love you.

My deepest sympathy to John's family. He was a pleasure to have in my life, growing up in Duxbury and graduating with him. He always had alot of humor to share and kept me on my toes. Sending my love to all. Karla

Please accept my prayers at the lost of John, he was a special man, we were roommates for a short period and he spend several Christmas Holidays with our family. He enjoyed a special connection with the dog and the bird. When I first got sober he was extremely supportive and taught me many things. I hope that he is at peace . Sincerely, Paul Yates

Please accept my sincere condolences on John's passing. I worked with him as one of his advisers at the college. We were so proud of his completion of his degree and his receiving the scholarship from Three Bays. I will miss him.
