Barbara A. (Sloane) Anshewitz, age 59, of Carver, died on Tuesday, June 4, 2013, at the Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston.
She was the beloved wife of Jim Anshewitz; loving mother of Jason Anshewitz of Weymouth and dear sister of Joe and Jim. Barbara is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visiting hours at the Shepherd Funeral Home, 116 Main Street, (Route 58), Carver, on Friday, June 7, 2013, from 5:00-8:00 PM.
Graveside services at the Union Cemetery, Route 58, Carver, on Saturday, June 8, 2013, at 10:00 AM.
Contributions in Barbara's memory may be made to the American Cancer Society, 5 Manley Street, West Bridgewater, MA 02379.
