Obituary of Catherine J. Creedon

Catherine J. (Sullivan) Creedon, age 83, of Kingston and Manomet, formerly of West Roxbury, died on Saturday, March 9, 2013, at her home. Born in Cascade, Montana, she was the daughter of the late Patrick J. & Catherine J. (Regan) Sullivan. She graduated from Jamaica Plain High School in 1947. Catherine was the beloved wife of 58 years to Eugene F. Creedon; devoted mother of Francis Creedon of Kingston, Kevin Creedon & his wife Christine of Medway and Kathleen Creedon of Kingston; loving grandmother of Matthew, Daniel, Brianne and great-grandmother of Nicola all of Medway and dear sister of the late James, Julia, Michael, Thomas, Mary, Helen, Anne and Margaret. Visiting hours will be held at her residence, 4 Summer Street, Kingston, on Friday, March 15, 2013, from 4:00-8:00 PM. A funeral procession will form at the Shepherd Funeral Home, 216 Main Street, (Route 106), Kingston, on Saturday, March 16, 2013, starting at 9:30 AM and proceed to Catherine's funeral Mass at the Holy Family Church, 601 Tremont Street, Duxbury at 10:00 AM. Interment will follow at Saint Joseph's Cemetery, 990 LaGrange Street, West Roxbury. In lieu of flowers, contributions in Catherine's memory may be made to the Beacon Hospice, 32 Resnik Road, Suite 3, Plymouth, MA 02360.
