We are deeply sorry to hear of the second passing of a parent in a week and yet; how fitting for them and their relationship. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all in this time of loss of both parents. We so enjoyed knowing your mother as both an Ombudsman volunteer and as a person. It was our pleasure to see them both at Ombudsman special dinners, etc. through the many years of your mother's volunteering. Please let us know when the memorial service will be.
