Obituary of Marc J. Hebert

Marc J. Hebert, Sr. of Kingston, raised in North Attleboro, passed away Saturday, November 24, 2012 with his family by his side after a long and courageous battle with cancer. He was 62. The devoted husband of 32 years to Marlene (Sohigian) Hebert, he was the loving father of Marc Jr., of Quincy, Monica of Kingston, and Melanie of Quincy; brother of Rene of Texas, Ernest Jr., of Dennis, Luc of Texas, and David of Minnesota. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews. A proud graduate of Bishop Feehan High School and Johnson & Wales University, Marc built a successful career in retail management prior to retiring. Marc was a dedicated volunteer with the Kingston Council on Aging and devoted member of St. Joseph’s Parish in Kingston. He was an avid reader and sports fan. Marc touched the lives of many with his kind and caring demeanor and he will be greatly missed. Visiting hours will be held on Wednesday, November 28th from 4-7:00 PM at the Shepherd Funeral Home, 216 Main St (Rt. 106) Kingston. A funeral mass will be held at St. Joseph church on Thursday, November 29th at 10:00 AM. Interment will be at the Evergreen cemetery in Kingston.
