Mary A. (Kourtz) Ruffini, of Kingston, passed away on Thursday, October 4, 2012, at the age of 99.
She was born on December 18, 1912. She resided at 65 Main Street, Kingston for most of her life until entering the Golden Living Center in Plymouth. On April 14, 1934, she married William L. Ruffini and they were married for over 74 years. She was an avid Red Sox fan for many years.
Mary was the beloved wife of the late William L. Ruffini; devoted mother of William E. Ruffini of Plymouth and Beverly A. Cerceillo of Kingston; loving grandmother of seven and great-grandmother of thirteen; dear daughter of the late Nicholas & Anna (Buckman) Kourtz and dear sister of the late Nicholas Kourtz, August Kourtz and Warren Kourtz.
A visitation period will be held at the Shepherd Funeral Home, 216 Main Street, (Route 106), Kingston, on Tuesday, October 9, from 9:00-9:45 AM, followed by her funeral Mass at Saint Joseph's Church, 272 Main Street, (Route 106), Kingston, at 10:00 AM.
Interment will follow at Saint Joseph's Cemetery, Plymouth.
